At Hanideco, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as received
Unused, unworn, and free from any damage
All original tags must be attached
Returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
The purchase date must be within 15 days

⚠️ Important Notes:
The customer is fully responsible for the return shipment
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted
Hanideco is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:
Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling, unless clear proof is provided that the item was damaged upon delivery
Sale items, including but not limited to:
Seasonal sales (Summer, Winter, Autumn, Eid, etc.)
Stock clearance sales
Discounted items
Orders placed using discount or promo codes
Customized Products
All customized or made-to-order products, designed specifically according to customer requirements, are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
A 40% charge of the previous invoice/parcel amount will apply for exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, 40% of the original order amount will be deducted
The remaining balance will be refunded via the customer’s preferred payment method
Please allow 3–12 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your bank or card provider
International Orders Policy
All international orders are subject to shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Returns or refunds on international orders are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items
Return shipping costs for international orders must be paid by the customer
